~ First Steps to Providing a Fully Digital World to Over 7,400 TOSS Users ~

Trade operations still require the sharing and communication of information among traders using paper documents and PDF files, and the huge amount of retyping work involved in this process imposes a heavy workload on the people involved. Companies with trade systems are able to link trade information electronically between themselves and other system users, while those without systems are forced to exchange and store data by e-mail, fax, mail, or other means. For example, exporters and importers are required to print out and store a series of paper forms for post-customs investigation, and this cumbersome work is one of the factors that hinders the reform of working procedures.

In order to improve such issues in the trade field, Binal has utilized its knowledge cultivated through 40 years of experience in developing international logistics systems. By combining that knowledge of detailed design, including UI that is actually required in the trade field, with the centralized management of trade information by TradeWaltz, Binal and TradeWaltz Inc. will propose a new way of working in the trade industry.

TradeWaltz connects all the trade practitioners in Japan, no matter what kind of system they are using, through APIs to share the information they need for trade and free them from retyping. Furthermore, the blockchain will make each data tamper-proof and original, freeing them from paper storage.
