TradeWaltz Inc., a company to promote Trade DX, relocated its headquarters to the Work Styling Kasumigaseki Building – Aiming to further diversify work styles
TradeWaltz Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hirohisa Kojima; hereinafter referred to as TradeWaltz), operator of the TradeWaltz®, a︎ trade information linkage platform, announces the relocation of its head office to the Workstyling Kasumigaseki Building in Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, as of June 1.
TradeWaltz develops and provides a cross-industry trade information linkage platform, TradeWaltz®︎, with the aim of completely digitizing the analog trade procedures in Japan and Asia that are exchanged via paper and PDF. Also, in addition to working with the government and alliance partners to promote domestic digitization, we are currently preparing for the demonstration of cooperation among trade platforms in the Indo-Pacific region.
In order to continue to take on the challenge of staying in Japan and working on the global stage, we have introduced a system for recruiting people with a wealth of experience and skills through dual jobs and a hybrid work system that combines telework and office work. Furthermore, we decided this time to relocate our head office in order to expand our business and further diversify our work styles.
The new office is designed for a free-address work style that does not require paper storage and is equipped with an open space that encourages team communication, private spaces where associates can concentrate on their work, and various types of meeting rooms to create a comfortable office environment. Also, the location of the office is Kasumigaseki, where it is easy to have face-to-face meetings with the government. With the new office as a base, TradeWaltz will continue to strive for an environment where each and every associate can work comfortably and be productive and active.
