Following the report to Prime Minister Kan from the Cabinet Office’s Council for the Promotion of Regulatory Reform on June 1, which we reported on the other day,
” Digitization of bills of lading” was also included in the “Regulatory Reform Implementation Plan” approved by the Cabinet on June 18 as a concrete measure to be taken.
